By accessing or using Postabi's WhatsApp API platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Postabi provides WhatsApp API services including WhatsApp Web API and Meta WhatsApp Business API. Services are provided as-is and subject to availability.
You must use the service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all content sent through the platform and must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy at all times.
WhatsApp Web API: Rs.3,000/month flat. Meta API: Rs.3,000/month platform fee + Meta charges. Payments are processed via bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or card.
Critical: You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy. Postabi is NOT responsible for account bans resulting from policy violations or misuse. No refunds for blocked accounts.
You may not: send spam, illegal or harmful content; resell the service without authorization; abuse API rate limits; use the platform for anything violating WhatsApp's policies.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
Postabi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of the service, including WhatsApp account suspensions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
