Postabi subscriptions are billed monthly. Due to the digital nature of our service, fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started and service has been activated.
Refunds may be considered for: (1) Technical failure on Postabi's side lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. (2) Double payment due to billing error. (3) Cancellation request within 24 hours of first purchase, before any API usage.
No refunds for: WhatsApp account bans or blocks (regardless of reason), change of mind after service activation, Meta's per-conversation charges, partial month usage.
Important: If your WhatsApp number is blocked by Meta due to policy violations or usage patterns, this is NOT grounds for a refund. Postabi provides the API only — account security is your responsibility.
